Reg Perry entered the real estate business in 1977, beginning his career with “The Permanent” in Richmond. The first year was a successful one and The Permanent transferred Reg to their Kerrisdale branch. The invaluable sales training that Reg received in this Kerrisdale branch lead to another offer. In 1979 realtor friends convinced him to join a new “rising star” in the real estate community …… United Realty. United Realty eventually merged with Sussex Realty, under the “Prudential’ flagship. This has been a good marriage offering superb management, tremendous support staff, and highly skilled sales professionals to work with …… and; Reg has been good for the company as well!
Reg is a MLS Gold Master award winner and has sold in excess of 900 homes to date. Reg has been the recipient of numerous awards throughout his career and 2009 brought yet another! Reg was again awarded the “President’s Circle” award. This places Reg in the top 3% of all North American Prudential Realtors.
Keeping current on real estate trends, real estate legal issues, and attending real estate board classes are vitally important to Reg. In addition, he has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
